Professional Service Standards

Honor Concierge is dedicated to providing professional and therapeutic wellness services in an environment built on respect, privacy, dignity, and personal wellbeing.

All massage and wellness treatments offered by Honor Concierge are strictly therapeutic and professional in nature. They are intended exclusively for wellness, relaxation, recovery, and therapeutic care.

Any request, communication, gesture, or conduct of an intimate, suggestive, inappropriate, or disrespectful nature toward a wellness professional falls outside the scope of our services and is not part of the Honor Concierge experience.

Our wellness professionals have the right to maintain appropriate professional boundaries throughout the treatment.

If a client's conduct is inconsistent with these standards, the professional may discontinue the session. Depending on the circumstances, the appointment may end without completing the service and may be subject to Honor Concierge's cancellation policies.

We believe that establishing clear boundaries allows us to provide a better experience for everyone. These standards exist to protect the dignity, wellbeing, and professionalism of both our clients and our wellness team.

By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and accepts these Professional Service Standards.

Reservation Policies

Reservations

When you reserve an experience, a Booking record is created to hold your selected service, duration, format, add-ons, and schedule. The total is computed server-side from the approved pricing, so the amount you authorize is the amount you are charged. Reservations are confirmed once payment is completed.

Cancellation

A complimentary cancellation is available with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within the 24-hour window may be subject to the late-cancellation fee in effect at the time. To cancel, call or text us at (702) 576-6313.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is offered with 12 hours notice. Later changes may incur a fee. We will always work with you to find a time that fits.

No-shows

If a therapist arrives and is unable to reach you, or you are unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and the reservation amount may not be refundable.

Gift cards

Honor Concierge gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase. They are delivered by email and may be applied to any experience at checkout. Gift cards hold monetary value only and are non-transferable for cash.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to deliver and confirm your reservation: your name, contact information, location, and the preferences you share. We never sell your information and share it only with the therapist assigned to your session.

Liability

Honor Concierge is not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or for any treatment received outside the scope of a scheduled session with one of our licensed therapists.
